Dr. James Bach, ND, DNH is dedicated to providing guidance and support in the areas of physical fitness, sports-specific conditioning, restorative exercise physiology, and nutrition counseling for those living in and around Chicago, Illinois. Dr. James Bach specializes in a unique methodology combining evidence-based applications of physiology, movement science and soft tissue manipulation with cutting-edge evolutionary techniques such as Reiki and Energy Balancing. Using this holistic approach to performance improvement while guided by a passion for education and discovery, James helps individuals of all fitness levels to achieve peak performance and reduce risk of future injury with personalized health programs. Dr. James is board certified by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board in Naturopathic Health. He is also a certified fitness trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is an attuned Reiki Master. Dr. Bach is the developer and patent holder on the Core Activation Training System, a cable pulley training system that incorporates a continually changing fulcrum point while maintaining constant pneumatic resistance.
