Craig Leon is the MBA program manager for the Warsaw Sports Marketing Center. He previously served as the center's industry outreach coordinator helping to lead, develop, implement, and execute the external strategies, programs and initiatives that support the experiential education goals of the center.
Leon has worked in higher education since graduating from Ohio University in 2009 with a dual master's degree in athletic administration and coaching education. He served as the director of compliance for the Ohio University Athletic Department from 2009-2011 and then began working at the University of Oregon School of Law in 2012 before joining the Warsaw team.
Leon moved to Eugene in 2011 to pursue his goals as a professional runner. His notable finishes include placing 10th at the 2013 Boston Marathon, placing 13th at the 2013 Chicago Marathon, and ending the 2013 year with the 9th fastest marathon time by American runners.
